Thank you for shopping with Cases by Christina. We would like you to read our terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products from our website. By ordering from Cases Christina, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 



You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. 

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, Cases By Christina is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.



All prices quoted on the Website are in US Dollars (USD). The international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary. Any promo codes can only be applied at the time of sale, not after.



Cases by Christina accepts payment via credit/debit card and PayPal

After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.


Most orders are shipped the same or next day. 
✧ Certain items like backorder ones are noted to have different processing times.
✧ Delays may occur when ordering around promotional sale events and holidays.
✧ An email with tracking information will be sent to you when your package is shipped out.



Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. Please choose the priority mail option at checkout for up to $50 insurance in the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged. 

You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 


All items are final sale due to the custom nature of most items, as well as for sanitary reasons. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit or that eventually tarnish or break, because it may happen over time. 


Cases by Christina reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information. 

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.



Any contact information is strictly used for completing the transaction you have entered into using the shopping cart on this website. Any requests for other communication with you are at your request.
